Wiener Analoges Fotofestival – Rotlicht 2024
Nearly 50 international artists come together to present their unique Photo Strips, each featuring a curated selection of their works. These artists embrace a diverse array of creative processes, all grounded in analogue techniques and aesthetics. From current favourites to pieces in progress and brand-new explorations, these image strips offer a rich tapestry of creative insights, innovative ideas, and captivating concepts, inviting visitors to engage, connect, and fall in love with each artist’s vision. The prints, uniformly sized at 20×120 cm, create a cohesive visual experience and evoke the nostalgic imagery of analogue negative rolls, elegantly mounted and awaiting discovery. This thoughtful arrangement encourages viewers to explore the depth and diversity of artistic expression, highlighting the enduring beauty of analogue artistry.
